Abe Kaadan

Abe Kaadan is the Asset Manager for Lux Equity. Abe manages the overall health and repositioning of all assets within the Lux portfolio. Abe's particular focus is on operational efficiencies, renovations, value enhancements, and compliance. Abe also closely works with the investment and development team to assess new investment opportunities.  

Abe formerly worked with the Development and Investments team at Forge and Foster Investment Management, where he managed industrial and mixed-use properties and oversaw planning, design, construction, and the completion of a number of projects. Prior to that, Abe worked with Metrolinx on the Hamilton LRT project where he negotiated property acquisitions and expropriations, managed properties and tenants, and created detailed reports on residual land value data.

Abe has a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations Management from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master of Real Estate & Infrastructure degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and is pursuing his designation to become an Accredited Appraiser through the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
